A.See "2Q Earnings Release(Consolidated)(in Japanese)[450KB]," released on November 02, 2011. Net sales is forecast to be ¥107,880million, operating profit is forecast to be ¥1,800million, ordinary profit is forecast to be ¥2,090million, and net profit is forecast to be ¥1,216million.

A.Shares of TV TOKYO Holdings Corporation will be automatically distributed to shareholders of record as of September 30, 2010 (your securities firm trading account or special account) via book-entry transfer. No special procedures are required to receive your shares of stock in the new holding company.

Q.I ended with less than 100 shares of stock after the stock transfer. What are my options?

A.You can file a request for TV TOKYO Holdings to purchase your shares, or file a request to purchase additional shares.

TV TOKYO Holdings has adopted a system allowing odd-lot purchases of stock. The additional share purchase program allows shareholders with fractional shares (less than units of 100) to purchase enough shears from TV TOKYO to complete a stock trading unit. (Please contact your securities firm about purchasing shares to complete odd-lot holdings.)
